Gillespie home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Gillespie fell by $9,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 12.2% decrease over the $74,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Gillespie in January 2018.
