Centralia home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Centralia fell by $48,320 while total sales decreased by 43.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $19,000 - a 71.8% decrease over the $67,320 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Centralia in March 2018.
