Beckemeyer home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Beckemeyer rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $39,000 - a 39.3% increase over the $28,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Beckemeyer in the first quarter of 2016.
