Centralia home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Centralia rose by $24,500 while total sales decreased by 39.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $64,500 - a 61.3% increase over the $40,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Centralia in April 2018.
