Odin home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Odin fell by $61,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $3,000 - a 95.3% decrease over the $64,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Odin in April 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Odin for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $645, approximately 21.5% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
