Aviston home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Aviston rose by $50,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,500 - a 204.1% increase over the $24,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Aviston in May 2016.
