New Baden home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in New Baden fell by $33,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,500 - a 26% decrease over the $129,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in New Baden in February 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in New Baden for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,530, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
