Centralia home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Centralia rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 34.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,000 - a 27.3% increase over the $27,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Centralia in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Centralia for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $941, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
