Hillsboro Area Hospital issued the following announcement on June 13.
The Clinical Supervisor has direct responsibility to coordinate all nursing activities including interdepartmental relationships, the direction of departmental personnel, as well as patient care. This position will remain thoroughly aware of patient needs within the ED as well as collecting information from other patient care areas of the facility to assist and oversee care as appropriate. This is a leadership position with responsibility to assist with hiring, corrective actions, and scheduling. Must be highly accountable with high-quality care and positive customer focus skills.
Full-Time Night positions available (9pm - 9am) - weekend and holiday rotation required.
IL RN License, CPR & ACLS certifications required. PALS, TNCC or TNS are preferred and must be willing to obtain upon hire.
