There was one offender released on parole during the third quarter living near Illinois zip code 62531, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by South Central Reporter.

The data shows that the man was released in the East Moline zip code. The 38-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 12 years in prison for a crime involving one or more weapons in 2008 when he was 27 years old.
