Central City home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Central City fell by $83,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $9,000 - a 90.3% decrease over the $92,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Central City in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Central City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $352, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
