2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 62252?

There was one offender released on parole during 2018 that lives in Huey zip code 62252, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by South Central Reporter.

The data shows that the released offender was Thomas A. Malloch. He was convicted of a crime involving alcohol in 2015, when he was 22. He is now 26.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
