The data shows that the four released offenders living in the Odin zip code were men. The median age of the parolees was 32. The youngest parolee was a 24-year-old man convicted of a financial crime or fraud in 2016, and the oldest was a 43-year-old man convicted of a property crime in 2017.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Todd Murray. He was convicted of a crime involving drugs in 2016, when he was 25 years old. He is now 28.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
