Hillsboro home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Hillsboro fell by $5,500 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $49,500 - a 10% decrease over the $55,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Hillsboro in the second quarter of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Hillsboro for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,698, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
