Taylor Springs home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Taylor Springs rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,500 - a 30.8% increase over the $32,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Taylor Springs in 2016.
