Join us for a fun, post-Thanksgiving Day event to burn off the bird. Each group fitness instructor will lead you through a 20-minute workout. Classes represented will be Body Conditioning, Body Fit, Les Mills BodyFlow, Les Mills BodyPump, and WERQ. This event is free to members and $5 for non-members. The first 25 people get a FREE t-shirt!
