HSHS ST. JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL BREESE: Air Purifying Respirators Donated to Breese EMS

HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital Breese issued the following announcement on Jan. 9.

HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese donated powered air purifying respirators to Breese EMS. The respirators are used to provide protection to EMS crews in case they encounter a potential airborne infection. Chris Klay, CEO and president of St. Joseph’s Hospital (on left) along with Amanda Ennen, emergency department director (second from left) presented the respirators to Bryan Holthaus, paramedic (third from left) and Allen Pollmann, PHRN (third from right), both with Breese EMS. Shelly Shadegg, Breese City Business Administrator (second from right) and Bob Fischer, Breese City Chair for Public Safety (on right), were also in attendance for the presentation.
