Palmyra home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Palmyra rose by $750 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $15,250 - a 5.2% increase over the $14,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Palmyra in the first half of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Palmyra for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $655, approximately 4.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
