Mount Clare home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Mount Clare fell by $41,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,500 - a 39.5% decrease over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mount Clare in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Mount Clare for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $829, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
