Mount Olive home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Mount Olive fell by $45,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,500 - a 59.6% decrease over the $75,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mount Olive in January 2019, as well.
