Germantown home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Germantown rose by $76,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,000 - a 143.4% increase over the $53,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Germantown in October 2018.
