New Baden home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in New Baden rose by $23,600 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,500 - a 22.7% increase over the $103,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in New Baden in September 2018.

The median sales tax in New Baden for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,625, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
