Carlyle home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Carlyle fell by $83,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,500 - a 67.3% decrease over the $123,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Carlyle in July 2018.
