New Baden home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in New Baden fell by $35,950 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,500 - a 29.8% decrease over the $120,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in New Baden in April 2018.
