Ordinance – An Ordinance Amending Chapter 3 and Sections 3-15-1 and 3-15-2 of Chapter 15 of Title 3 of the Taylorville City Code (re: liquor licenses, video gaming terminals, etc.)

Ordinance – An Ordinance Adding Chapter 9 to Title 6 of the Taylorville City Code (re: operation of UTV’s in the City)

Resolution – re: Trash Dumpster Attendant Agreement

Motion to bid and and/or advertise the Deputy Clerk position

Motion to direct the City Attorney to prepare an Ordinance to amend the City Code to remove the stop sign at the intersection of Shumway and Second Street

Motion to direct the Mayor to sign the Paw Paw Street Drainage Study by Benton & Associates Inc. at a cost not to exceed $13,800.00, to be paid with Ward 1 Utility Tax money

Motion to direct the City Attorney to prepare an agreement with Benton & Associates Inc. concerning engineering work to be performed for the City as may be requested by the City from time to time

Motion to direct the Mayor to sign the Notice of Award for the Ward III-Franklin Street Storm Sewer Project for Phil Tullis Excavating in the low bid amount of $212,817.00
