HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital Breese issued the following announcement on Mar. 3.
HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese invites the community to enjoy a Simple Soup Lunch at the hospital on Thursday, March 19, 2020, in celebration of the Feast of St. Joseph. The Living the Mission Team is hosting the event in the hospital cafeteria from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
For those attending the meal, a donation of $5 per person is requested. All money collected will be divided between the Clinton County food pantries. A choice of three delicious soups will be served with a simple salad, homemade bread, water, tea and coffee.
The community is also invited to attend a Mass celebrating the Feast of St. Joseph in the Heritage Room at 11 a.m. Father Patrick Peter will preside over the service.
