Centralia home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Centralia fell by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $17,500 - a 69.6% decrease over the $57,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Centralia in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Centralia for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $998, approximately 5.7% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
