Mount Olive home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Mount Olive fell by $45,250 while total sales increased by 140%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,250 - a 59.9% decrease over the $75,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Mount Olive in the first quarter of 2019.
