There was one offender released on parole during 2019 that lives in Irving zip code 62051, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by South Central Reporter.

The data shows that the released offender was Daniel C. Oakley. He was convicted of a financial crime or fraud in 2018, when he was 45. He is now 47.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
