Motion to approve the hiring of one part time employee for the Lake Marina, up to 25 hours per week, to be paid out of the Utility Tax Ward Money Motion to direct the City Attorney to prepare an Ordinance to sell Fire Department Vehicles to include: 1989 Pierce Dash Pumper Fire Engine, Jon Boat with 25 HP Mercury Outboard Motor and Trailer, and 2000 Jeep Cherokee by sealed bid

Motion to recommend to the City Council to accept the proposed health insurance plan from Health Alliance 

Motion to recommend to the City Council to allocate $8,000.00 as in the previous year to Greater Taylorville Chamber of Commerce for the 35th Annual Chillifest from the Hotel/Motel Tax Fund 

Motion to recommend to the City Council to approve the Azavar Agreement as presented Motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report as presented

Ordinance – No motions came out of this committee meeting

Street & Sewer – 

Motion to recommend to the City Council to allow the First United Methodist Church to make repairs to the alley at their own expense 

Motion to recommend to the City Council to approve and install a stop signs at the corner of Wyandotte and East Main Cross, after road improvements are completed

Public Facilities - 

No motions came out of this committee meeting

Motion to approve and/or ratify payment of bills ($240,514.71)
