HSHS St. Francis Hospital issued the following announcement on July 1.
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or might have come in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, call your Primary Care Physician or the Macoupin County Health Department COVID-19 Hotline at 217-313-5078. Testing can be done at Maple Street Clinic in Gillespie after calling this number. Testing is free, but an appointment is necessary.
A physicians order is required for testing at HSHS St. Francis Hospital. The hospital is not a public testing site.
