Carlyle home prices fall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Carlyle fell by $39,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,500 - a 28% decrease over the $141,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Carlyle in April 2019.
