New Baden home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in New Baden rose by $42,500 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,000 - a 50.3% increase over the $84,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in New Baden in April 2019.

The median sales tax in New Baden for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,827, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
