Carlyle home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Carlyle fell by $72,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,500 - a 63% decrease over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Carlyle in March 2019, as well.
