Trenton home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Trenton rose by $46,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,500 - a 43.1% increase over the $107,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Trenton in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Trenton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,763, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
