Carlyle home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Carlyle fell by $221,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,000 - a 71.3% decrease over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Carlyle in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Carlyle for 2019 was $1,815. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,765. This marks an increase of 2.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
