Breese home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Breese rose by $57,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,000 - a 72.3% increase over the $79,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Breese in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Breese for 2019 was $3,243. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,114. This marks an increase of 4.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.4%.
