Trenton home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Trenton fell by $3,250 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,500 - a 2.8% decrease over the $114,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Trenton in the first quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Trenton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,763, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
