Aviston home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Aviston fell by $12,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 7.2% decrease over the $167,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Aviston in the first quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Aviston for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,017, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
