City of Breese issued the following announcement on Sept. 5.
The MERS Goodwill WIOA Youth Program offers free education and employment support services for young adults in seven Southern Illinois counties. The Clinton County program currently has limited spots available for young adults (16-24) that are in high school, have graduated, or have dropped out. The case manager for Clinton County is Angela Knaub. Angela has been a case manager with the program for over three years and additionally has over eight years’ experience working as a high school English teacher.
