• Care transitions
• Cleanliness of hospital environment
• Quietness of environment

• Willingness to recommend hospital
HSHS St. Francis President and CEO Jim Timpe shared, “This five-star rating from CMS validates our colleagues and leadership’s continuous commitment to providing exceptional patient care. We are very proud of this recognition and to serve our community with high-quality, compassionate care.”
Also receiving a five-star rating for patient experience was sister hospital HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Highland. For more information on the CMS ratings system for hospitals, visit medicare.gov/hospitalcompare.
