Hillsboro home prices rose in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Hillsboro rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 120%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 66.7% increase over the $45,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were five homes sold in Hillsboro in 2019.
