On June 29, Michael G. and Rachel K. Pryse purchased a home at 17 E. Fourth St., Trenton from Robert N. and Lee Smith for $180,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,001.82, 1.67% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 19, 2014 for $127,500.

So far in June 2021, this is the only property that sold in Trenton as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lee Smith has been registered to vote since 2015. Robert N. Smith has been registered to vote since 2015.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
