City of Greenville City Council met June 25.

Call to Order: A special meeting of the Greenville City Council was called to order at 12:02 p.m. by Mayor George Barber.
Roll Call: Present: Mayor George Barber, Councilman Bill Carpenter, Councilman Iván Estévez, Councilman Kyle Littlefield, and Councilwoman Lisa Stephens,
Also Present: City Manager Dave Willey and City Clerk Sue Ann Nelson
Pledge: The pledge of allegiance to the United States flag was recited.
Notice of Meeting: Notice of the special meeting having been given as provided by law, said meeting was called for consideration of the following agenda:
1) Roll Call
2) Pledge of Allegiance
3) Public Comment
4) Option Agreement for Purchase of Real Estate – 203 W College, 205 and 207 N Second Street 5) Revolving Loan Amendment – Greenville Family Medicine
6) Executive Session: Purchase of Real Estate, Section 2 (c)(5); Sale of Real Estate, Section 2 (c)(6); Personnel, Section 2 (c)(1-2); and Pending Litigation, Section 2 (c)(11); of the Open Meetings Act
Public Comment: With no comments being expressed, public input was closed.
Option Agreement for Purchase of Real Estate: Option Agreement with the County of Bond for the purchase of the county annex building located at 203 W College. Following the solicitation of bids, County Board approved the bid submitted by the City of Greenville for $100,000, and an option agreement with a $1,000 option fee and option term ending September 30, 2021 for the city to execute the purchase. Motion by Littlefield, seconded by Carpenter, to purchase four parcels known as 203 W College, 205 N Second and 207 N Second, with an option fee of $1,000 and option end date of September 30, 2021; and for the city manager to execute the option after appropriate inspections.

Greenville Family Medicine Revolving Loan Amendment: Request from Greenville Family Medicine for additional $50,000 gap working capital. Greenville Family Medicine has an existing revolving loan originated in 2016 for 100,000, with a current balance of approximately $26,000. Amendment to promissory note calls for an additional disbursement of $50,000, if requested, to the existing loan. Motion by Carpenter, seconded by Littlefield, to approve revolving loan amendment for Greenville Family Medicine for
