On June 28, Samantha Lynn Brown purchased a home at 111 E. Plum, Brighton from Emma E. Brandt for $85,000.

In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $2,261.64, which is 2.66% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Brighton so far in June 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kevin E Link, 65, was the only registered voter residing at 111 E. Plum as of Oct. 10, 2020.
