So far in January 2021, this is the only property that sold in Gillespie as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 704 E. Spruce as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christy Jo Bruene, 42, and Bret W. Pelt, 44.
