The home at 1130 Marshall St., Hillsboro was sold on May 7 by Charles Cress for $60,000. The buyer was Austin R. Starks|| Darla S. Starks.

So far in May 2021, two properties sold in Hillsboro.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Charles W. Cress (94) has been registered to vote since 1995 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including nine Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
