On April 1, Amanda Hoff Executor of the Estate of Janet Hoff sold their commercial property at 102 Carrie St., Taylor Springs to Robert D. King for $10,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $243.52, 2.44% of the sale price of the home.

So far in April 2021, this is the only property that sold in Taylor Springs as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Marci Lee Jacobs, 39, was the only registered voter residing at 102 Carrie St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
