On Oct. 30, For the Estate of Karen Sue Wayne Melvin and Madonna Wempen, Co-Independent Executors sold their home at 630 W. Kinkead, Hillsboro to Charles T. Franzoi for $140,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,101.80, 1.5% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Hillsboro so far in October 2020 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Karen Sue Wayne (71) has been registered to vote since 1980 and has voted in at least 10 primary elections, records show, including 10 Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
