The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,065.98, 2.64% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2020, this is the only property that sold in Farmersville as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joyce L Peters, 58, was the only registered voter residing at 113 Velda St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
